Submitting your paper is a simple four step process. Please review this process below.

Step 1
Download and complete a simple Application Form.
Rename the file to your proper name, all lowercase, without spaces.

Step 2
Upload the Application Form *.doc using the provided uploader.

Step 3
Remove from your paper any and all information that may serve to identify you.
Rename the file to the name of your paper, all lowercase, without spaces.

Step 4
Upload your paper *.doc, *.odt, or *.pdf using the provided uploader.

Once you have reviewed the process, you can apply here. Please be sure to complete all four steps.
